We bought this motohome new. It is in immaculate condition inside and out and is as close to new condition as you can get for a 12 year old motorhome with 30,000 miles. It has 4 seat belted seats. No expense has been spared by our family to maintain it in this condition. The motorhome has been stored under a cover with a dehumidifier installed in the motorhome during the winter months. It has a full service history and habitation checks every year, including inspection of gas hoses. The van is completely dry and the new owner is welcome to check it before buying.
