We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient property management, guest satisfaction, and team coordination.Key Responsibilities:• Property Management: Ensure properties are ready for guest arrivals, coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and any necessary repairs.• Property Listings: Set up and manage properties on various booking portals, ensuring descriptions, photos, and amenities are accurately represented.• Booking Management: Review incoming bookings, vet potential guests, and coordinate schedules to maximize occupancy rates.• Guest Relations: Be the front end of our customer experience, ensuring guests' questions are answered, concerns are addressed, and they have an overall seamless experience.• Guest Experience: Address guest inquiries promptly, resolve any issues, and ensure an overall positive stay.• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the operations team, including cleaners, maintenance personnel, and guest relations staff.• Supplier Coordination: Negotiate and liaise with suppliers, ensuring best rates and timely service for property maintenance and upgrades.• Inventory Management: Regularly check and restock property essentials, from toiletries to kitchenware.• Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.• Compliance: Ensure all properties meet local regulations, health, safety, and industry standards.• Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from guests and staff, implementing improvements where necessary.Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sectors.- Strong leadership and people management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.- Familiarity with London’s property and tourism market.- Proficiency in property management software and tools.- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Right to work in the UK.
