Delivery Driver & Sales AssistantSalary: £13 per hourLocation: WithamAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver & Showroom Assistant to join our busy Parts & Showroom team. Reporting to the Parts & Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in delivering Calor Gas and other products to our customers, while also supporting day-to-day operations within the showroom and parts department.Key Responsibilities:Safely deliver Calor Gas and other items to a variety of customersEnsure the vehicle is clean, tidy, and maintained in a safe conditionAssist customers in person and over the phone, providing outstanding servicePromote the company’s image and range of products in a professional mannerSupport showroom and parts operations when requiredBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customersIdentify and engage with new gas trade customers and stockistsLoad and unload delivery items safely and efficientlyBe flexible with working hours, including overtime, to meet delivery schedulesRequirements:Full UK driving licence (essential)ADR licence (preferred but not essential)Forklift licence (advantageous)Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal & written)Presentable appearance as this is a customer-facing roleAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysically fit – capable of lifting and handling gas cylindersComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak timesWorking Hours:Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pmFriday: 8:00am – 4:00pm39 basic hours per week (1-hour unpaid lunch)Saturday work may be required as part of a rotaOvertime available and paid at time and a half after 39 hoursTo find out more, contact Amy at Kemp Recruitment on (phone number removed) or apply today
