A dynamic and growing company, is looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join their specialist team based in High Wycombe.This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a small but globally active business involved in advanced manufacturing and complex technical projects across aerospace, energy, semiconductors, and more. You’ll support project delivery across their Equipment Division, taking ownership of procurement, supplier liaison, cost tracking, and documentation, all while playing a key role in building innovative systems for clients around the world.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project procurement using engineering drawings and BOMsRaise and manage purchase orders in line with project plans and budgetsLiaise with suppliers for quotes, lead times, and order statusEnsure compliance with specifications and certification requirementsMaintain supplier relationships and manage any delivery or quality issuesWork closely with internal project managers and engineers to ensure alignmentKeep purchasing records up-to-date and assist with real-time system updatesSupport cost tracking and identify opportunities for procurement process improvementWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in procurement/purchasing, ideally within engineering or manufacturingAbility to read and interpret BOMs and technical drawingsConfident communicator with excellent organisation and attention to detailExperience working with suppliers and managing technical requirementsFamiliarity with procurement software (Planergy) and MS Office suite (including MS Project) preferredA team player with a flexible and proactive approachWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)Annual company performance bonus project-based bonusesOvertime paid at time and a halfPension scheme with 6% employer contribution free pension adviceCycle to Work schemeAccess to EV charging20 days annual leave bank holidays 3 days at Christmas (up to 30 days with flexitime)Wellness programme and a supportive, collaborative environmentAbout the BusinessWith over 40 years of industry expertise, this small yet ambitious organisation has grown significantly in the past decade and continues to scale both its workforce and its global impact.
