Quality InspectorLocation: High WycombeDuration: 6 monthsStart time: 7:00amPAYE Pay Rate = £13.88 per hourQC Inspector required for a 6 months contract in a manufacturing company in High Wycombe.Responsibilities:QC Inspection of finished products.Quality Inspection Testing of products in accordance with instructions and associated product documentation such as wiring schematics and assembly drawings.Accurately complete the Quality Control section of the production job card to indicate the outcome of the quality control inspection.Record all observed faults on fault survey forms.Prepare rework job cards for any assembly related faults that require return to the shop-floor for repair.Prepare non-conforming reports to progress any observed component related faults or failures, ensuring both the problem and required action(s) are clearly detailed.Entech Technical Solutions Limited is an employment business and complies with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations Act 2003

The post holder is required to undertake surveys and reports, relating to the condition of the housing stock, that will help inform strategic investment decisions.Accountabilities1. To assist the stock condition team in undertaking surveys of the housing stock and associated assets to ascertain the condition of each individual property and remaining life of key building elements and determining works required.2. To assist with health and safety surveys in line with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS). To assess properties using the Housing Health and Safety Rating System and to ensure category 1 hazards are resolved promptly.3. To evaluate the energy efficiency rating of every Council dwelling and enter data for RdSAP calculations.4.
