The post holder is required to undertake surveys and reports, relating to the condition of the housing stock, that will help inform strategic investment decisions.Accountabilities1. To assist the stock condition team in undertaking surveys of the housing stock and associated assets to ascertain the condition of each individual property and remaining life of key building elements and determining works required.2. To assist with health and safety surveys in line with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS). To assess properties using the Housing Health and Safety Rating System and to ensure category 1 hazards are resolved promptly.3. To evaluate the energy efficiency rating of every Council dwelling and enter data for RdSAP calculations.4.
