Customs Co-ordinator required.Location: Wimbledon (with potential travel to North London sites)Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP33,000 (DOE)Work Type: Hybrid (Currently 1 day from home, potentially 2 as the team grows)We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Customs Co-ordinator to join our client's growing logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1-2 years of experience in customs operations, looking to grow their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day customs clearance activities for both imports and exportsUse Descartes software to process and monitor shipmentsComplete and oversee T1 transit documents in compliance with HMRC regulationsEnsure timely and accurate declaration of goods moving in and out of the UKCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure customs complianceAssist with audits and record-keeping related to customs documentationPotential travel to additional sites in North London as required Preferred Experience & Skills:1-2 years of experience in customs operationsHands-on experience with Descartes softwareStrong understanding of import and export proceduresFamiliarity with T1 documentation is essentialKnowledge of Temporary Admission (TA) and Customs Bond processes is highly beneficialExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team Benefits:Salary GBP30,000 - GBP33,000 (Dependent on experience)Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30Hybrid working model with flexibility to increase remote workdaysOpportunity to develop your career in a growing teamSupportive and collaborative work environment Streamline Search is a technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the United Kingdom.
