If you want a reliable van to comfortably drive long distances and then have a great nights sleep - this is the van for you. This van has a top of the range engine and has the T5 chasis suspension and brakes rated for the heaviest loads, meaning the van reliably eats up the miles whatever you are carrying. A double arm rest drivers seats and cruise control mean its a comfortable drive for you. I have done a basic conversion in the back which prioritises having a FULL SIZE DOUBLE MATTRESS (does not fold away) meaning it is extremely comfortable, unlike many T5 conversions which have narrow and uncomfortable beds with thin foam. The van is extremely well insulated for both sound and warmth, and the lack of windows in the back mean you have a very quiet and cosy nights sleep. On the coldest of nights I use an electric blanket with the leisure battery and inverter I have installed, meaning a nights sleep when there are subzero temperatures outside is fine. I regularly stay in this van overnight throughout the year. The storage under the bed gives plenty of space for keeping other camping stuff (e.g. cooking equipment), or large items such as outdoor sports equipment. This is a real bonus compared to many standard T5 conversions which don’t have the space to store large items once the bed is unfolded. Having said all that, the conversion could easily be altered if you wanted to adapt it to your own needs (I will happily remove the bed frame before sale if you don’t want it). Happy to include things like mattress, electric blanket, table & chairs, etc, if you want a ready to go setup. The van has double sliding doors which is really handy in a lot of scenarios, and a tailgate rear door. This is a rare and desirable combination. This has been such a good van for me.
