You will support female clients with complex care needs in their homes across South West London while also providing guidance and mentorship to junior carers.🧕 Please note: Due to cultural preferences, this position is open to female applicants only.🚗 A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are highly desirable, as travel between client locations is required.🌍 Language Requirements:We are particularly interested in candidates fluent in Somali, Arabic, and English, as many of our clients have specifically requested carers who speak these languages.🔹 Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients with complex health needs Promote clients’ dignity, independence, and well-being at all times Maintain accurate, up-to-date care documentation and records Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and the internal care team Support, mentor, and help train junior carers to uphold quality standards across services Act as a positive role model within the team and demonstrate leadership in care delivery 🔹 Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in complex care or senior-level domiciliary care NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) Proven ability to supervise and support junior staff Fluency in Somali, Arabic, and English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle (preferred) 🔹 What We Offer: Competitive salary of £29,000 per annum (£14.87/hour 37.5 Hours) Friendly and supportive team culture Access to a wide range of online training and professional development resources Structured career progression pathways Opportunities to take on leadership and mentoring responsibilities 📩 To Apply:Please email your CV to triocareagency@gmail.com.
