Gay-friendly, professionally qualified carer required for gay, disabled man with complex medical conditions.Shifts will be up to four days per week; however, other shifts will be offered to cover your colleagues’ holidays. Due to the complexity of the medical conditions, a male carer is preferred. This job will be to work within a positive care team.The successful candidate will be professionally qualified to handle medical conditions, a good timekeeper, caring, patient, honest, trustworthy, as well as having good common sense, a friendly sense of humour and good communication skills.In addition, the successful candidate must have the following:evidence of the right to work in the United Kingdom; good knowledge of I.T. and computer skills in order to work with Amazon and Google smart home devices; qualification(s) in medical and personal care and/ or nursing with experience in the personal care of the disabled, including transferring, when needed; fluency in both spoken and written English; two professional references. This role will be suited to a member of the LGBTQIA+ community that enjoys working within a team of carers in order to deliver a good standard of personal care.
