Role: Live-in Manny/Nanny/PA/All-RounderDays: 5 days per weekHours: 10–12 hours (flexibility required)Location: Henley, OxfordshireSalary: £45,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)Contract: PermanentStart: July / August 2025Accommodation: One-bedroom cottage – recently redecoratedOur clients are a busy, vibrant, animal-loving, informal family looking for a wonderful, capable, flexible, and fun live-in Manny/Nanny/PA/All-Rounder to support them and assist with their family’s needs.The family has five children aged 11 to 21, with all but the youngest away at university or boarding school. They employ a full-time, live-in housekeeper and gardeners.This is a varied position with a mix of hands-on childcare and supervision of an 11-year-old boy, family support, PA duties, and coordination tasks. You will be taking over from a Manny/PA who has been with the family for five years.With a broad range of responsibilities, you will manage your own day, breaks, and schedule to ensure the household runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have professional experience working with older children, be highly organised, proactive, resourceful, and extremely flexible.Duties include:Supervising and caring for an 11-year-old boy, including school runs, liaising with the school, managing his schedule, and regular proxy parenting, as the parents are frequently away Cooking mainly for the youngest child, with occasional informal meals for the family or visitors, and assisting with light housekeeping tasks PA duties such as running errands, shopping, organising large-scale birthday parties, coordinating external staff (including gardeners), liaising with contractors, paying bills, and managing supplies Driving for school runs, errands, boarding school pick-ups/drop-offs, and occasional airport runs Dog walking and organising vet visits (feeding is typically handled by the housekeeper); a love for animals is essential Occasional travel or remaining at the home to look after the property while the family is away Providing flexible support around the family’s evolving needs and schedule Based in a beautiful rural location on the outskirts of Henley, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, varied role within an informal, welcoming household.The family’s pets are a significant part of the household, so this is an ideal role for an animal lover. Candidates with their own calm, well-behaved dog may be considered.
