Role: Rota Nanny / Maternity NurseCare for: Twin Boys, 6 MonthsSchedule: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks OffLocation: Holland Park, West LondonSalary: £70,000 gross per annum (dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience)Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking an experienced, professional Rota Nanny or Maternity Nurse with a genuinepassion for working with babies, particularly twins for a wonderful two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off position. You will be joining a warm and welcoming UHNW family in HollandPark, West London, within a fully staffed household.Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the twins are cared for to the highest standardboth emotionally and physically whilst following a healthy, balanced, and age-appropriateroutine. You will manage their daily care including feeding, changing, bathing, andsupporting the development of consistent sleep patterns. The successful candidate will workclosely with the other rota nanny to ensure a consistent and nurturing approach.You will be expected to plan and deliver age-appropriate developmental activities to supportthe twins’ growth and learning, alongside handling all nursery duties and maintaining a cleanand organised environment. The boys currently enjoy walks to the park, swimming and ageappropriate activities at home as part of their daily routine.The household is fully staffed, including housekeepers and a chef. This position would suit ananny with a proven track record of caring for young babies, particularly twins, or amaternity nurse transitioning back into nannying who is experienced in working within aHNW staffed household. The ability to travel with the family during the summer anddemonstrate flexibility and adaptability is essential.The family highly values a nanny who is warm, nurturing, proactive, discreet andprofessional. You will work collaboratively and support both parents and children within ateam-oriented household.
