This individual will provide vital support to both HR colleagues and management, ensuring employee records are maintained and HR processes run smoothly and compliantly.Key Responsibilities Include:General HR administration including HR inbox management, standard letters, and reference requestsCoordinating onboarding: offer letters, contracts, background checks, and induction supportMaintaining and updating HR systems and personnel recordsGenerating accurate HR reports and MI dashboardsSupporting Learning & Development: booking training, tracking compliance, managing recordsAdministering employee benefits and liaising with providersManaging offboarding processes and file archivingWhat We're Looking For:Strong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)A discreet, professional approach to confidential dataWorking knowledge of HR best practices and processesCIPD Level 3 (or higher) preferredExperience in banking or financial services is highly desirableThis is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to grow their career in a structured and fast-paced environment.
