This organisation is on the lookout for a confident, capable, and proactive HR Coordinator to join their expanding team.This is a brand-new role, reporting directly to the Head of People, and offers a unique opportunity to help build the HR function from the ground up. If you enjoy variety, taking ownership, and being part of a company on a growth journey - this one's for you.What You'll Be Doing:Managing day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycleSupporting managers with employee relations queries and best practice adviceOverseeing recruitment from job posting to onboardingMaintaining accurate employee records and HR dataCoordinating engagement and wellbeing initiativesLiaising with both senior leaders and operational teamsSupporting the Head of People with projects, reporting, and HR improvementsAssisting with onboarding/offboarding and general HR adminGetting involved in policy development and HR system updatesWhat We're Looking For:Experience in a fast-paced HR role (Coordinator or Junior Advisor level)Confident working independently and taking initiativeStrong communication skills - comfortable engaging with all levels, from engineers to SLTOrganised and detail-orientedGood understanding of HR policies, employment law, and recruitment processesComfortable using HR systems and Microsoft OfficeCIPD Level 3 or 5 preferred - or strong hands-on HR experiencePositive, proactive, and keen to grow within a developing HR teamThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in HR who's ready to step up, take ownership, and grow with a business that's investing in its people strategy.
