Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi is highly desirable, alongside a keen attention to detail for data entry tasks.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards. Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones, including upselling additional services. Maintain accurate records of property activities, tenant communications, and financial transactions through data entry. Collaborate with maintenance staff and external contractors to coordinate repairs and improvements as needed. Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant feedback for management review. RequirementsProven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software applications. Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and vendors. Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is an advantage. Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
