Supply Chain & Logistics Planner - 4-Day Working WeekLoom Talent are exclusively supporting an exciting business with the appointment of a Supply Chain & Logistics Planner in Weybridge.In this dynamic role you will help manage purchasing, inventory, and inbound logistics across the global supply chain. You'll play a key role in ensuring product availability and supporting sales targets.What you'll do:Raise and manage POs in the ERP systemLiaise with suppliers and freight partners in the UK, EU & Far EastMonitor stock levels, mitigate shortages & track deliveriesCoordinate with 3PL warehouses and ensure smooth inbound operationsGenerate reports, support forecasting, and help improve supply chain processesWhat we're looking for:3-5+ years in a supply chain or logistics roleERP & Excel proficiency; confident managing data and reportsExcellent communication, attention to detail & problem-solving skillsExperience with global logistics and supplier negotiationWhats on offer?4-day work week (Mon-Thurs)Hybrid working (Mon-Wed in-office)24 days holiday + birthday offCompetitive salary, great Pension, employee discounts, pet-friendly office, free parking & more
