I'm a female wheelchair-user who employs my PAs and I'm currently looking to hire someone for two days per week to cover a year’s Maternity Leave (possibly leading to something being more permanent).The days are Sundays and Thursdays. Each shift is for 24 hours (sleeping nights) and runs from 11am - 11am the following day. The person must also be committed to being able to provide some occasional cover on other days to cover emergencies and when colleagues are on Annual Leave. Experience isn’t essential but a real desire to do the job is important.The pay for every shift is £332.40 (£13.85 per hour). Salaries are paid monthly, at the end of each month.Some medical information about me: I'm short. I have brittle bones which means I have to be handled with care. A sliding board and sheet is used for my transfers. Although I am a wheelchair-user, I am finding I spend more time sitting on my bed. Therefore nearly all my personal care takes place on the bed.
