Each division is led by experts in their field, offering clients specialist knowledge and dependable service.Export Operations Coordinator Role & Responsibilities:Manage export jobs (Air, Road & Sea) Maintain strong knowledge of export processes and customs requirements Advise clients on the required documentation and procedures for various destinations Communicate with airlines, hauliers and shipping lines Liaise with overseas agents Prepare job quotations Handle export documentation Manage export controls including licence applications and ITAR permits Apply for Transit documents Book export courier shipments Manage multiple accounts Export Operations Coordinator Skills and Experience:Essential– Strong export knowledge across Air, Road & Sea Ability to manage multiple accounts Strong initiative Be happy to get hands on Full UK driving licence or equivalent.
