Position : Head of Supply ChainSector : Healthcare products, medicalLocation : Surrey with European travelSalary : 80,000– 100,000Hybrid : YesWorking Language : EnglishWorking with a major healthcare organisation, this role will see you taking the lead for all supply chain operations in EMEA. The organisation is part of a 300 million + group which is in a period of rapid growth and expansion.With multiple locations under your direction, you will be tasked with building a team to optimise the delivery of the supply chain. This will include strategic planning, managing logistics, and ensuring efficient and cost–effective supply chain processes across the EMEA region.Areas of focus :–Commercial Product DistributionMarket Collaboration – tailor distribution strategies to meet market needPerformance Monitoring – Monitor and measure supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.Strategic Planning – design, develop and implement group supply chain strategies for the EMEA region Procurement Management – oversee sourcing and procurement activities, ensuring the selection of reliable suppliers and negotiation of favourable termsPurchasing Reviews – perform supplier cost reviews, ensuring cost effective solutions are found, maximising margins where possible.Team Leadership – build, lead and develop a high–performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Compliance and Sustainability – ensure all supply chain activities comply with regional regulations, organisational requirements, local laws etc Sustainability – ensure that supply chain activities meet sustainability targetsSite Management – provide strategic leadership to all sites in EMEA Customer Service Support and Management – grow and lead the EMEA customer service teamsAbout You :Degree qualified as a minimum – Supply Chain, Business Administration or similarFamiliar with the EMEA market including regulatory requirementsHealthcare products experience is beneficial Familiar with EMEA market dynamics and regulatory requirements.Proven ability to manage cross–functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and problem–solving abilities.Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsFull UK / EU driving licenceGerman language skills beneficial Able to travel internationallyAbout UsWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
